One-time purchases

If a one-time purchase doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of the purchase and we'll refund it in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the product dashboard; you keep access until the end of the paid period. For a refund of the most recent charge, contact us within 14 days of that charge.

How to request a refund

Email rhls.softdev@gmail.com with the email on your account and the product. We'll process refunds within 5 business days.

Non-refundable

Refunds are not available for subscriptions cancelled after more than 14 days of the latest charge, or for accounts closed for violating the Terms of Service.
